Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in managing web app projects
• Experience working in outsourcing companies, managing projects for clients worldwide
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is a must
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining project documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding and experience in implementing Full Cycle management processes, such as Agile, for successful project delivery
• Strong planning and delivery skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to lead teams and clients through challenging situations and uncertainty
• Team player

Will be a plus

• Experience in managing the UX and UI aspects of a project
• Development and/or testing experience
