IT Project Manager in Stellar Soft

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to add to our team. The vacancy is open due to the amount of the work coming in and the need of strengthening of the department.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement project plans and schedules using Scrum and Agile methodologies, including resource allocation and task assignments;

-Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget;

-Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks;

-Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards;

-Manage project budget and financials;

-Facilitate project meetings, including status updates and decision-making sessions

-Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards;

-Continuously assess and improve project management processes;

-Manage project change requests and scope changes;

-Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualification & Skills:

-3+ years of experience in IT project management

-Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams;

-Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies;

-Good leadership and management skills;

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (upper intermediate or higher);

-Strong organizational and time management skills;

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;

-Strong understanding of budget management and financial analysis;

-Experience with project management software and tools (Asana, Jira, Clickup etc.);

-Experience in managing IT projects using Shopify, WordPress or any other web development based programming languages and frameworks;

-Good understanding of e-commerce best practices.
