IT Project Manager in Repetry

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product company;- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);- Basic technical understanding;- Experienced user of Atlassian;- Experience in requirements analysis, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;- Ability to work and make decisions independently;- Knowledge of English is not lower than upper-intermediate.Responsibilities:- Work closely with the development team, architects and other stakeholders, facilitating communication to ensure collaborative and cross-functional product development.- Development, implementation and training of the process of interaction between all team members and the business members.- Managing the project team, including setting and distributing tasks, monitoring progress, motivating the team, and resolving conflicts. - Work with the development team to plan sprints and ensure that sprint goals are aligned with the product vision and strategy; ensure that the sprint backlog is clearly defined and the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done.- Manage the release process, ensuring the product is released on time and meets customer needs; work closely with the development team to ensure the product is well tested and ready for release.- Conduct product demos for stakeholders, customers and the development team, and communicate product features, benefits and value propositions effectively.- Coordinate project partners and subcontractors.
