Important for the position: —5years ofproven experience inproject management, with asuccessful track record ofleading complex projects from initiation tocompletion; —Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability totailor approaches tosuit project requirements; —Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire cross-functional teams toachieve project goals; —Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity toeffectively engage with stakeholders atall levels and cultivate strong working relationships; —Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and adapt tochanging priorities inafast-paced environment; —Proficiency inproject management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams); —English C1/C2; —Demonstrated ability toset and enforce strict project timelines and deadlines; —Strong assertiveness inpushing teams tomeet milestones and deliverables ontime; —Ability toestablish clear expectations regarding timelines and hold team members accountable for meeting them. What doyou have todo?—Lead the planning and implementation ofIT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; —Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets toeffectively manage resources and track project progress; —Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QAspecialists, business analysts, and other stakeholders toensure alignment and accountability; —Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges tominimize disruption and maximize project success; —Monitor and report onproject performance, providing regular updates tostakeholders onkey metrics, milestones, and outcomes; —Foster aculture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing; —Serve asthe primary point ofcontact for stakeholders, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle; —Conduct post-project evaluations and reviews toidentify lessons learned and areas for improvement, leveraging insights toenhance future project delivery.
