Important for the position: —5years ofproven experience inproject management, with asuccessful track record ofleading complex projects from initiation tocompletion; —Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability totailor approaches tosuit project requirements; —Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire cross-functional teams toachieve project goals; —Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity toeffectively engage with stakeholders atall levels and cultivate strong working relationships; —Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and adapt tochanging priorities inafast-paced environment; —Proficiency inproject management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams); —English C1/C2; —Demonstrated ability toset and enforce strict project timelines and deadlines; —Strong assertiveness inpushing teams tomeet milestones and deliverables ontime; —Ability toestablish clear expectations regarding timelines and hold team members accountable for meeting them.
