We invite you to join the IT Project Manager team. Responsibilities: Development of the project strategy and definition of tasks for the team. Interaction with the project customer, coordination of requirements and problem solving. Identification of project risks and their management. Verification of project implementation in accordance with the requirements of the specification and monitoring of compliance with standards .Management of relations with the project team and the project customer. Requirements: Higher technical education. Master's degree in the relevant field or in the field of project management. Possession of a professional or agile project management certificate. 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product life cycle. Understanding of technical terminology (backend, frontend, deploy, API, monolith/microservice) and private blockchain principles. Experience working with cross-functional teams (10+ specialists). Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MindManager, Figma, Google Calendar.Experience writing TOR and communicating with business analyst.Strong time management skills.Experience in managerial work.High level of analysis and problem solving skills.Self-motivation, analytical skills, communication skills, ability to solve problems, leadership qualities.
