IT Project manager in Global Logistics

Kyiv. We are developing a team! We, Global Logistics, are a logistics service company that operates on the market of the USA and other countries of the world. And we are looking for a Project Manager, an energetic person, capable of hard work, with mandatory work experience as a business analyst. Work is partly in the office, 4 hours a day, from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Sunday off. Office: metro Vasylkivska. Tasks: Management of the planning, development and release stages of the CRM project and mobile application, Writing tasks for the IT team and technical documentation, Coordination of the work of team members and control of task performance, Experience in developing and promoting an account on UP workAnalyzing and re-planning the work of the team based on the company's priorities, ensuring quality, content, costs and deadlines; Participating in the processes of defining requirements, designing solutions, writing user stories, developing and testing. Participating in Gathering feedback from users: understand, challenge and help formalize business requirements and control intermediary work between teams on the possibilities and limitations of IT; Prioritization of the feature/changed product for sprints. Keeping the product backlog, backlog grooming. Writing instructions and conducting the necessary training on working in CRM for company employees. Expectations of our team: 2+ years of experience as an IT project manager; It is desirable to have experience in CRM implementation; description of business processes, good understanding of the product Fluency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level, sufficient fluency in English Experience of working with UP work Attention to details and clarity in work. High level of communication skills. Positive attitude and stress resistance.
