Necessary skills
• team management skills, understanding and use of Agile project management methods
• collect and formalize business requirements
• ability to prioritize tasks and build a work plan according to priorities
• knowledge of the basics of effective communication and the ability to apply them in practice
• constructively respond to problems and find ways to solve them
• will be a plus experience with Jira/Confluence or similar.

Responsibilities
• managing relationships with cross-teams (business, ecom, marketing, statistics) in order to formulate and define requirements
• team management within the project. Control over the distribution and execution of tasks in the team
• drawing up the project plan and agreeing on its main stages. Monitoring the implementation of the plan, compliance with deadlines and updating.
• organization and holding of team meetings
• work on continuous improvement of processes together with the team.
