Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager

What will you do

• Communicate with business customers to identify needs
• Act as a link between the IT team and the business customer
• Manage all phases of projects
• Set and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple teams
• Establish effective communication
• Decompose project work to the level of tasks, coordinate and control their execution
• Manage risks and project deadlines

About you < /p>

• Mandatory work experience in projects to implement CRM systems in a similar position
• High communication skills, the ability to formulate one's thoughts and clearly convey information to others, conduct business correspondence

  • Ability to draw up documentation and presentations
  • Knowledge and application of business process modeling methods (BPMN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management programs, work on Agile and Waterfall, knowledge JIRA
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences, build team interactions
  • Analytical mindset, systems thinking, highly motivated and the ability to set priorities correctly in multitasking conditions
  • Responsibility and result-oriented
  • Availability of a portfolio of launched projects
