We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager.
Your future responsibilities:
• Management of a portfolio of bank-wide projects.
• Determining project scope and stakeholder requirements.
• Development of a project plan including schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordination of project team work and resource management.
• Monitoring project progress and taking action to resolve issues.
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of project results with established standards.
• Ensuring compliance of the project with the Bank's business goals and strategy.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Organization and conducting of meetings, presentations and other project activities.
• Project documentation management and project materials storage.
• Project closure, including submission of project results and post-project analysis.
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall/Agile).
• Project risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Skills in working with planning tools.
• Developed communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
• Ability to document complex problems and processes, find possible solutions for them.
