We will be glad to meet the "IT Project Manager" Important: Higher technical education 3 years of work experience as an IT analyst or project manager General knowledge of SDLC, principles of building systems and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), business process design. Skills of conducting workshops and presentations for management. The ability to analyze business needs and generate solutions. Knowledge of the specifics of processes in the HR industry. To be able to clearly formulate theses, draw clear conclusions. We expect: Project management for the automation of HR business processes; Analysis of customer needs, identification of problems and potential for optimization, invention and implementation of system solutions; Organization and provision of collection and documentation of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements for the target business process; Ensuring the development of technical terms of reference/specifications with a detailed description of requirements and all technical documentation for the project; Preparation of project documentation and selection of approaches to project implementation; Progress analysis projects, timely identification of problems and ways to solve them; Management of internal communications, communications with external partners; Organization of the process of testing and bringing functionality into a productive environment.
