AsanITProject Manager , you will beresponsible for overseeing allIT projects, ensuring deadlines are met, identifying issues with current systems, and resolving them with the assistance ofthe team. Additionally, the ITManager will beexpected tojump inand provide support tothe team when needed, especially during times ofstaff shortages orwhen specific skills are lacking. Skills and Competencies: Excellent oral communication skills inEnglish (written and oral) Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, orarelated field Proven experience inIT management, with atrack record ofsuccessfully leadingIT projects and teams. Strong technical skills across arange ofIT areas, including network administration, system integration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Understanding ofweb-based web applications, including CRM, ERP, websites with store and membership functions, and the common architecture ofthese systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders atall levels ofthe organization. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and aproactive approach toidentifying and resolving issues. Leadership qualities, including the ability tomotivate and inspire team members toachieve their full potential. Flexibility and adaptability tothrive inafast-paced and dynamic environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are aplus. Ability towork inUS time zones Monday-Friday Good tohave: Knowledge ofPHP Core Coding and Node JS Basic understanding ofWeb Design— HTML& CSS Basic understanding ofMySQL Responsibilities: Oversee allIT projects from inception tocompletion, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders tounderstandIT needs and priorities. Identify issues with current systems, processes, orinfrastructure and develop solutions toaddress them. Lead and mentor theIT team, providing guidance and support toensure optimal performance. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers asneeded. Stay up-to-date onemerging technologies and trends intheIT industry. Develop and implementIT policies and procedures toensure the security and efficiency ofcompany systems. Manage theIT budget and resources effectively. Provide technical expertise and support toresolve complexIT issues. Act asaliaison between theIT department and other departments within the company.
