IT Project Manager in E-Tender, TOV

We are a highly professional IT company that has created an electronic E-Tender system for online procurement. Our system allows organizations, companies or government institutions to carry out transparent procurement of goods, services or works, to ensure transparency, competitiveness and convenience for all parties of the process: both customers and suppliers.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in managing technical (IT) projects from 2 years; 
• Experience in the field of web application development; 
• Understanding the product development cycle (SDLC); 
• Understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, etc. 
• Ability to build effective communication with project team/stakeholders; 
• Ability to define the scope of the project, structure requests and form clear tasks for the team, participate in decomposition at the level of stages and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the product life cycle, including planning, development, testing, launch and support; 
• Regular communication with internal customers regarding non-functional, technical and organizational requests, and their transfer in the form of clear tasks to the team; 
• Determining the scope of work, resources and time frames for each stage of the project; 
• Ensuring compliance with tasks and achieving goals; 
• Preparation of the project Roadmap; 
• Participation in the formation and prioritization of the project backlog together with the business analyst, coordination of the distribution of tasks in the team; 
• Managing the development team, planning and conducting meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint planning; 
• Systematic tracking of development progress, assessment and resolution of possible delays or problems, identification of risks and adoption of measures to reduce them. Communication of all risks, statuses and progress; 
• Conducting a pre-release DEMO for internal customers; 
• Building effective communications within the team and with other external teams; 
• Formation of internal processes in the team; 
• Work with Jira, TimeTracker, yaware.
• Control and management of project documentation.
