What you will do:

• Planning and decomposition of projects: roadmaps, stages, timelines
• Team coordination (especially backend developers) and control deadlines
• Analysis of the business logic of tasks and transformation of requirements into understandable technical tasks
• Conducting status calls, synchronizations and team meetings
• Monitoring progress through Jira, Asana or other tools
• Prioritizing tasks and identifying risks for timely resolution

What we value:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development
• Ability to coordinate a team and be responsible for the result
• Proactivity, organization and willingness to take ownership
