IT Project Manager in Avrora, multimarket

Your key tasks:

• Full cycle project management: from initiation to completion, control of SDLC stages.
• Planning project deadlines, resources and budget.
• Management of task priorities, roadmap and dependencies.
• Building effective interaction in the project team (in-house and outsourced).
• Control of the team's fulfillment of obligations, risk and change management.
• Prompt resolution of conflict situations, elimination of blockers.
• Conducting project committees, preparation of status reports.
• Collection, analysis and formalization of business and technical requirements from the customer.
• Preparation and support of technical tasks, specifications, integration descriptions.
• Participation in the design of architectural solutions together with technical teams.
• Control of technical implementation of solutions, compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Management of changes in requirements, impact analysis and evaluation of technical risks.
• Coordination of work with integrators (ERP, CRM, third-party services, API).
• Participation in acceptance testing (UAT), control of readiness for release.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• You have experience managing a project team of 5 people.
• You have practical experience working with technical documentation (TOR, BRD, FRD, API, integrations).
• You understand software development and life cycle processes SDLC.
• You have experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
• Able to work in multitasking and changing priorities mode.
• You have a B1+ level of English (will be a significant advantage).
