Maya B LLC is an American e-commerce company with an operational team in Ukraine. We specialize in selling goods on international marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, our own website and others). We close the full operational cycle: from procurement and logistics to marketing and customer support.
At this stage, we are looking for a Project Manager who knows how to coordinate teams, implement processes and achieve results in a dynamic e-commerce environment. If you enjoy streamlining processes, planning and achieving goals, this is the role for you.
Essential tasks
Project Management
Complete project management: planning, coordination, control, reporting.
Coordination of teams (IT, Operations, Procurement, Commerce).
Roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, control of deadlines and results.
Processes and methodologies
Implementation of Agile/Scrum practices and regular team meetings.
Structuring processes, creating and maintaining SOP.
Working with tools: Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace.
Preparation of technical tasks, release plans and reports.
Transparent communication with stakeholders, risk management.
AI-first approach
Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to increase efficiency.
Implementation of low-code automations (n8n) for reports and notifications.
Team and culture
Developing an autonomous, responsible team.
Conducting retrospectives, initiating process improvements.
Hard Skills
Practical knowledge Agile / Scrum / Kanban
Dworking knowledge of Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace
Understanding SDLC and team interaction in IT
KPI analytics and creation of dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio)
