What should be done as an
IT Project Manager?

• Knowledge of methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, PRINCE2 / PMBOK, ITIL; 
• Sufficient communication and leadership skills;
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented;
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.);
• SDLC / IT Project Lifecycle;
• CI/CD — general understanding of processes
• Understanding of release and change management processes;
• Understanding of IT architecture (Solution / Infrastructure Architecture) systems (API, middleware – conceptually);
• Understanding IT infrastructure (networks, server infrastructure, virtualization, clouds (AWS / Azure), data storage;
• Understanding the processes of Data Center operations, Backup & Disaster Recovery;
• Understanding the principles of database operation;
• Skills in working with technical and project documentation proposals and control of the fulfillment of technical requirements

Our expectations:

• Management of the full life cycle of IT projects (initiation, planning, implementation, control, completion);
• Management of technological and infrastructure projects (networks, servers, datathree, cloud solutions, cyber security, modernization of IT systems);
• Formation and control of project plans, schedules, budget, resources and risks;
• Coordination of the work of cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, security, suppliers);
• Cooperation with contractors and vendors (SLA, contracts, terms, quality);
• Communication with stakeholders, preparation of status reports and presentations for management;
• Control of the implementation of project indicators (scope, time, cost, quality);
• Management of changes, risks and dependencies between projects;
• Ensuring compliance of projects with internal standards, security policies and regulatory requirements;
•  Participation in improving project approaches and methodologies (PMO, best practices);
• Will be a plus:
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL
• Experience with cloud migration or infrastructure modernization projects
• Experience working in large corporate IT environments
• Experience working in conditions of high security and business continuity requirements
• Basic understanding of cyber security, requirements for information security and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR - basic)
• Polish - Beginner / Intermediate
