IT Project Manager in IS SITI, TOV

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.

It is important for us:

• Experience in managing IT projects from idea to implementation from 2 years
• Understanding the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of the basics of programming and understanding of IT infrastructure operation
• Proficiency in one or more project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools and backlog (Jira, Confluence, Big Picture)
• Ability to work with data and analytics to make informed decisions
• Higher education in the field of information technology, project management or personnel management will be a plus
• Availability of PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), SAFe or other Agile certificates will be an advantage

In our team you will:

• Plan and manage projects: determine and control the scope of work, deadlines and necessary resources for the development of product features/versions
• Coordinate teams and resources: organize the work of the development team, designers, testers and other participants for the effective performance of tasks
• Monitor and control execution: track progress, identify and manage risks, resolve obstacles in the project implementation process
• Communicate with stakeholders: provide regular reports on project status and key indicators
• Improve processes: analyze and optimize management processes projects in the team to increase efficiency
• Manage the product backlog: collect, analyze, detail and prioritize requirements (user stories, functionality) based on business value
• Form the product vision and strategy
