OX Company is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and workload. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products that have already been evaluated by many private and business customers. We are currently expanding our team and looking for an IT Project Manager.

Our expectations from the candidate :

Tasks and responsibilities:

• IT Project Management: Planning, execution and control of projects related to development and optimization of Ox Company's IT infrastructure.

• Interaction with stakeholders: Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including customers and internal company departments.

• Resource planning: Optimizing the use of human and material resources to achieve maximum efficiency of projects.

• Monitoring and reporting: Systematic monitoring of project progress, analysis of results and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Risk management:Identifying and managing project risks to ensure their successful completion

• Formation of technical project documentation: Creation and updating of technical documentation for effective implementation of projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT project management: minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably crm application systems, websites and other platforms< /p>

• Ability to communicate effectively with different customers, departments and levels management.

• Skills development and updating of technical documentation for projects, ability to use diagrams to visualize interaction of system components, understanding of REST API and JSON.

• Experience and ability to work with task managers: Creating and monitoring tasks, communicating with the team and the team (Jira, Asana Trello)
