"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100,000 hectares of land, 2 sugar factories, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry), opens a competition for the position of IT-project manager.

Purpose of the position:Management of IT Department and cross-functional projects in the Company

Responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects Department and cross-functional projects (taking into account the implementation of IT solutions).  Projects related to accounting and analysis of agricultural activities (execution of works, accounting of equipment and its repairs, calculation of ZP and KPI, takes into account agronomic indicators) Including: stages of initiation, planning, implementation and control, project budget management, determination of the scope of work and resources, formation of project documentation (passport, road map, plan-schedule, demo presentation, report on the status of project implementation, minutes of meetings, final report, presentation of results). 
• Coordinating the work of the project team, prioritizing tasks, ensuring compliance with the Customer's requirements and established deadlines. 
• Interaction with Stakeholders, holding meetings, meetings and presentations.
• Ensuring the quality of work and implementation of key performance indicators of the project. 
• Resolving problems and difficulties that may arise during project implementation. 
• Identification and analysis of business requirements according to the projects that will be subordinated
• Compilation and prioritization of technical tasks. Setting and monitoring the implementation of tasks by developers. 
• Ability to analyze and understand the business processes of the Company, for use in work when writing technical specifications. 

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management from 2 years
• Experience of working at a production agricultural enterprise Experience of working with GPS systems transport monitoring (Wialon), trackers, RFID tags
• Experience in 1C or other ERP, CRM programs, Visio, office suite, canban or other program for setting and tracking tasks.
• Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum
• Practical experience in project management
• Ability to manage teams, cross-teams and independently determine priorities
• High communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.- Developed presentation skills
• Developed analytical skills
