We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager p>

What will you do

• Communicate with business customers to identify needs
• Act as a link between the IT team and business customer
• Manage all phases of projects
• Set and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple teams
• Establish effective communication
• Decompose project work to the level of tasks, coordinate and control their execution
• Manage project risks and deadlines

About you

• Mandatory work experience in CRM systems implementation projects in a similar position
• High communication skills, the ability to formulate one's thoughts and clearly convey information to others, conduct business correspondence
• The ability to draw up documentation and presentations
• Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques (BPMN and others )
• Knowledge of programs for project management, work on Agile and Waterfall, knowledge of JIRA
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, build team interactions
• Analytical mindset, system thinking, highly motivated and the ability to set priorities correctly in multitasking conditions
• Responsibility and focus on results
• Availability of a portfolio of launched projects
