IT project manager in Novi Krediti, FK

We are a financial company that provides microcredit services. 100% of our customer service operations are online. We are looking for a project manager (product manager) who will lead the management of the development and support of two microcredit platforms (ERP system and several IT platforms, each of which is responsible for different functions). 

In the company, innovative methods of remote identification have been introduced, in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, and migration to the Ukrainian Dilovod accounting system has also been carried out. The task of the project manager includes project management on all platforms used in the company, development and support of these systems and implementation of new ones.

Key tasks:

• Analysis and documentation of the company's products (modeling of the main processes in BPMN 2.0, formalization in internal documents)
• Organization and provision of collection and documentation of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements for the target business -process;
• Ensuring the development of technical terms of reference/specifications with a detailed description of requirements and all technical documentation for the project;
• Communication and collaboration with different departments and stakeholders in the project,
• Interaction with developers;
• Assessment of labor costs and duration of work, development of specifications, ability to compile technical and project documentation and formulate requirements for system integration; 
• Project budget and plan management;
• Project risk management.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in enterprise level IT project management, CRM, ERP implementation is a must
• Experience in the financial services market (MFIs, payment institutions, insurance) will be a significant advantage
• Proactivity and self-organization
• The possibility of presenting a portfolio of projects where you played a key role
• Experience of interaction with software developers - consultants/business analysts
• Ability to collect and formalize business requirements, conduct market analysis and compare existing non-bank financial products and options for their implementation
• Experience of management within project teams Experience in organizing product testing and implementation, project handover to support
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• General knowledge of SDLC, principles of system construction and project management methodology (Waterfall and Agile), business designnes processes.
