You will be part of a mature team that has developed many similar projects, and will participate in the creation of applications from scratch using best practices.

Hybrid work format of the city of Kyiv.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of experience managing development teams;
• Knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology;
• Experience in Jira / Confluence;
< li>Knowledge of the software development life cycle;
• Skills for organizing the work of multifunctional teams;
• Experience in project portfolio management;
• Skills for preparing presentation materials to display statuses and progress projects.

What you will need to do:

• Organization of work of development teams: planning, prioritization of technical backlog, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other departments, management of team resources;
• Regular meetings with the team to improve the efficiency of work results teams and/or removal of blocking factors;
• Conducting retrospectives with the development team and with customers on the results of implementation;
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and the post-release technical support process, support putting the product into operation;
• Identifying and preventing risks that may affect development progress;
• Interaction with the internal Customer: conducting interviews, agreeing requirements, organizing acceptance testing processes and accompanying after implementation of development;
• Monitoring and management of tasks within the framework of incident management for the development team;
• Analysis ofstandard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions;
• Description and optimization of internal IT processes.
