Obov' responsibilities:
- Development of the project strategy and definition of tasks for the team.
- Interaction with the project customer, coordination of requirements and problem solving.
- Identification of project risks and their management.
- Verification of project implementation in accordance with specification requirements and monitoring of compliance with standards.
- Management of communications with the project team and the customer project.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education.
- Master's degree in the relevant field or in the field of project management.
- Possession of a professional or agile project management certificate.
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product life cycle.
- Understanding of technical terminology (backend, frontend, deploy, API, monolith/microservice) and private blockchain principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (10+ specialists).
- Proficiency in such tools as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MindManager, Figma, Google Calendar.
- Experience in writing technical specifications and communication with a business analyst.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience in managerial work.
- High level of analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation, analytical skills, communication skills, ability to solve problems, leadership qualities.
Conditions:
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00—18:00.
- Decent salary level (rate + bonuses).
