Who we are: Deviart is a full-cycle creative agency that develops websites, CRM systems and mobile applications. We also write video scripts, shoot cool shows, and even create unique board games. Who we're looking for: Deviart is currently looking for an operations manager. What you'll be doing: — run an internal ClickUp task tracker and make sure all employees use it correctly. If you are not familiar with it, we will first teach you how to use it;— maintain internal documentation of departments;— draw up guidelines, instructions;— maintain a corporate Wiki;— at the request of the manager, carry out his assignments and set tasks, including for developers. What should you must have: — experience in the field of software development or a creative agency for at least 2 years; — knowledge of the product development process; — experience in writing tasks for developers; — experience in managing various task trackers and CRM systems; — experience in communicating with developers and setting up tasks for them; — experience of compiling a corporate Wiki. Format: full day, remote work.
