Duties:

• Processing of applications and control of all online channels of customer inquiries;
• Negotiations with managers of the coolest online businesses in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the European Union and others countries;
• Passive and active online sales in correspondence and in conference mode;
• Communication with the teams of the coolest online businesses in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the European Union and other countries;
• Providing clients with full informational support for services within the framework of tariff packages, project functionality;
• Compilation and presentation of commercial offers;
• Work in CRM;
• Formation of the customer base;
• Analysis of service operation on the websites of current partners;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with objections;
• Competent conversationalist and writtenUkrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English and other languages ​​will be an advantage;

Conditions:

• learning 2 weeks + paid internship 1 month rate 20,000 UAH maximum);
• continuous development in the field of IT;
• schedule 9.00-18.00, weekend — Sat, Sun;
• paid vacation 24 days;

During the period of martial law, we work remotely but meet to discuss tasks, for training, to celebrate an event or just to drink coffee.
