We are looking for a Product Manager in the team in Kyiv. The ability to work remotely, but be located locally in Kyiv. If you are a Product Manager who understands marketing, analytics, and interfaces, you can speak the same language with the team. Project: Online store selling alcohol and delicatessen. Your functional responsibilities will be: Management, support, refinement and development of the product; Analysis of the market, customer needs and formulation of proposals for product development strategy ;Monitoring competitors, finding solutions to improve the product;Development of the product within the framework of the overall product strategy;Optimization of the product / applicationsOptimization of the user flow for a large volume of incoming traffic;Development of features that can increase the conversion of the first purchase and increase the average check;For work you will need:Experience as a product manager in e-commerce from 3 years; Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI; Fundamental knowledge of product analytics; Analytical thinking, ability to analyze the market and competitors, find non-standard solutions to problems; Ability to use analysis/analytics tools; Understanding of numbers and product indicators; Ability to build processes , organize and supervise the work of teams.
