IT product manager in Consult Business Partner

Requirements: 3+ years of IT product manager experience; ability to set up A/B tests; experience with Scrum, Kanban and understanding of Agile; experience of working with Jira, Confluence; understanding of the basics of UI/UX; ability to describe and optimize business processes using typical methods (BPMN, UML, Swimlane diagram) English language level B2; ability to use analysis/analytics tools; analytical thinking , the ability to analyze the market and competitors, find non-standard solutions to problems. Responsibilities: cooperate and work effectively as part of a cross-functional team to create high-quality software; identifying and managing requirements from various stakeholders (product, designer, marketing, analytics, support) ;A/B testing and definition of product development strategy and roadmap; market and competitor research; creation of conversion rate optimization strategy; creation and maintenance of product documentation; UML/BPMN or other business modeling experience; testing and implementation of strategic ideas.
