About the role: We are looking for a Product Manager who will take over the stability, development and quality of our IT products. This is a position at the intersection of operational reliability (run) and product development (change): work with incidents and SLAs, plan releases, manage backlog and make decisions affecting hundreds of thousands of users.
Role mission:Ensure stable operation of services today and measurable improvement of products tomorrow: from reducing incident times and increasing SLAs to increasing user metrics and quality releases.
Areas of responsibility:
- Product life cycle: planning, development, support, release management
- Reliability of services: incident/problem management, post-mortems, preventive actions
- Team interaction: coordination of Dev/QA/DevOps/Support/Analytics; transparent workflow
- SLA/OLA: establishment, monitoring, improvement of support processes (ITSM-practices)
- Voice of the user: feedback collection, request analysis, formation and prioritization of the backlog
- Update plan: road map, coordination of dependencies, readiness for release (Go/No-Go)
- Analytics: product health reports, support quality, incident/performance trends
- Improvement initiatives: stability, agility, UX/flows — from idea to implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Manager / Service Delivery Manager roles
- Understanding IT infrastructure, integrations and API, logic of information systems
- Experience of working with support services or products with critical SLA
- Basic knowledge of ITIL / ITSM
- Practice of interaction with Dev, QA, DevOps; ability to structure data and set priorities
- Developed communication and organizational skills
- Ukrainian - fluent; English - for reading/maintaining documentation
A plus will be:
- Experience in release management or product analytics
- Working with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Service Desk systems
- Understanding DevOps/CI/CD and monitoring practices (monitoring/logging/tracing)
