KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation of purchasing activities to meet the needs of internal customers;
• Analysis of procurement needs, analysis and participation in the preparation of specifications for the tender.
• Preparation and conducting competitive selection of suppliers;
• Market analysis, ensuring competitive selection of suppliers;
• Managing relationships with suppliers and conducting negotiations with them;
• Formation of the annual plan of purchasing activities together with customers;
• Monitoring customer needs, determining procurement needs.
• Maintenance and management of the supplier base, optimization of the number of suppliers.
• Assessment and monitoring of procurement and supplier risks, development, submission for approval and implementation of actions to reduce / eliminate risks.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers, participants (coms) of the competition / tender. ?

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a higher education.
• Works for more than 2 years by field.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than intermediate.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Knows tender sites ( SAP ARIBA, Smart Tender, Prozzoro, etc.)
