Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
Identifies performance problems with assigned equipment, coordinates and schedules repairs, and recommends alternate hardware options.
Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance departments to adhere to budget
Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Great attention to detail and organization skills
Upper intermediate English skills is a must.
This is an on-site vacancy. We need you in our office in the center of Odesa during business hours Monday to Friday. Remote work is not allowed.
