IT operations manager/support service manager in Optima Servis

Optima Service is a Ukrainian IT company from 20 years of experience in the outsourcing market. We provide comprehensive IT solutions for business and help clients to effectively develop and scale. The company is growing steadily, so we are looking for a strong leader to lead IT direction and will strengthen our expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the IT department (development, support, infrastructure teams)

• Effective IT department management and coordination the work of all IT specialists of the company

• Construction, optimization and control of IT processes

• Planning, launching and control of project implementation

• Interaction with customers, participation in presales and development of new directions

• IT department budget management and cost control

• Team formation and development (hiring, adaptation, performance evaluation, motivation)

• Implementation of modern technologies, tools and best practices

• Ensuring high quality and timeliness of tasks

Requirements:

• Work experience in a managerial position in IT from 3 years

• Experience in managing teams of 10+ specialists

• Understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills

• Experience working with clients and conducting negotiations

• Understanding the architecture of IT solutions

• English language — from the Intermediate+

Would be an advantage:

• Work experience in outsourcing IT companies

• Technical background (development / DevOps / system architecture)

• Experience scaling teams and building processes "from scratch".
