Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as anIT Operations Engineer (L2 Support).Areas ofResponsibilitySoftware and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshootingCommunication with customersIdentification ofsolutions / workarounds toresolve the issues asquickly aspossibleManaging support both with orwithout remote accessDefining the root cause ofthe issueOperational tickets investigation/ resolutionEscalation to / collaboration ofunresolved issues with internal teamsProviding client education, ifnecessary, because ofknowledge gaps inproducts / business usageWorking hours: 07:00—23:00 UA, 8-hour shifts, Monday toFridayQualifications2+ years ofexperience inMS Windows system administrationHands-on knowledge ofOffice 365 administrationStrong knowledge ofadministration and configuration ofWindows serversStrong understanding ofbackup and monitoring solutionsGood knowledge ofserver platforms and server administrationExperience inworking with Azure orAWS isaplusKnowledge ofMS SQL isaplusKnowledge ofLinux and/or knowledge ofPowerShell scriptingIntermediate written and spoken EnglishService oriented professional attitude
