Areas ofResponsibility Software and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshooting Communication with customers Identification ofsolutions/ workarounds toresolve the issues asquickly aspossible Managing support both with orwithout remote access Defining the root cause ofthe issue Operational tickets investigation/ resolution Escalation to/ collaboration ofunresolved issues with internal teams Providing client education, ifnecessary, because ofknowledge gaps inproducts/ business usage Working hours: 07:00–23:00 UA, 8-hour shifts, Monday toFriday Qualifications 2+years ofexperience inMSWindows system administration Hands-on knowledge ofOffice 365 administration Strong knowledge ofadministration and configuration ofWindows servers Strong understanding ofbackup and monitoring solutions Good knowledge ofserver platforms and server administration Experience inworking with Azure orAWS isaplus Knowledge ofMSSQLis aplus Knowledge ofLinux and/or knowledge ofPowerShell scripting Intermediate written and spoken English Service oriented professional attitude
