Necessary skills:

  • Experience as a recruiter or related experience (in sourcing) from 1 year, preferably in IT or marketing, or office positions.
  • Skills lead a full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations on the offer, to the exit of the candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
