Necessary skills:

• Experience as a recruiter or related experience (in sourcing) from 1 year, preferably in IT or marketing, or office positions.
• Skills lead a full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations on the offer, to the exit of the candidate.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of modern search and selection methods personnel.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and manage several projects at the same time.
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• Confident PC skills.
• li>Proficiency in English Upper-Intermediate.

What you will need to do:

• Regular communication with team lead and hiring managers: identification of hiring needs, regular meetings, organization of interviews.
• Search and selection of personnel for various divisions of the company.
• Development of sourcing strategy, creation of pools of relevant candidates , tracking candidates in ATS.
• Conducting screenings and writing reviews.
• Communicating with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
• Coordinating the hiring process from the initial contact for the offer.
• Assistance in the organization and direct participation in interviews with hiring managers, collection of recommendations, preparation of the offer.
• Participation in other HR initiatives.
