Your area of responsibility:
- creating, configuring and maintaining user accounts in Microsoft 365
- monitoring and maintaining network devices
- configuring and maintaining local networks
- installing and updating software and operating systems
- solving technical problems and providing support to users
- collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- have experience working with Windows operating systems
- have experience working with network equipment (routers, switches, access points, etc.)
- know the principles of building and configuring local networks
- know English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation
