KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
As an IT Manager you will be responsible for the management of information systems and their piloting (at the level of the division, specialization, zone, hub, country), ensuring compliance of information system goals with the business strategy defined for the unit and the company's IT policy. 

• Defining the IT strategy of the organization according to the business strategy and IT policy of the company, developing the IT vision/mission and policies, including security and quality
• Defining and reviewing KPIs , metrics and SLAs, as well as overseeing their implementation
• Managing and controlling the overall IT budget and costs of the organization
• Developing business cases for relevant stakeholders taking into account political, financial and organizational interests
• Awareness of new trends and technologies, assessment of their business value, applicability and usefulness for the Group / specific business
• Management of strategic suppliers/vendors (technical, commercial and legal aspects)
• Ensuring the proper functioning of IT operations and the quality of service for the users of your organization through continuous improvement
• Promoting the development of IT and digital technologies and ensuring communication around IT concepts and major changes to all stakeholders of your organization
• Ensuring the overall scalability and resilience of the global IT landscape for the organization
