Main Responsibilities

• Analysis of strategic business needs and implementation of IT solutions and services;
• Planning and cost control;
• Development IT strategies, setting goals and their implementation;
• Continuous provision of IT services and ensuring their quality for internal customers; provision of technical support for external users;
• Management of IT infrastructure of the enterprise;
• Organization of technical support of remote offices;
• Administration of servers based on windows, linux;

• Organization of technical support for users;
• Experience in operation and administration of vmware and proxmox visualization systems;
• Bitrix24 - portal administrator level ;
• Network infrastructure management;
• Configuration and administration of pfsense;
• Implementation and administration of the monitoring system;
• Experience with 1c and mssql;
• Organization of backup and fault tolerance;
• IP telephony support;
• Experience of work and communication with foreign data centers;
• Knowledge of the principles of postal services;
• Work with contractors, conducting negotiations, drawing up contracts.
