IT Location Launch Coordinator in Everstar

One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.
The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.
Now the IT department is expanding, which covers the company's needs in the context of data, analytics, server architecture, ERP system, technology and networks. To open new locations in search - IT Location Launch Coordinator.

Necessary skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT (infrastructure / networks / IT operations / technical coordination)
• Experience involved in the launch of: offices / stores / warehouses / production sites or infrastructure IT projects
• Experience of interacting with several technical teams at the same time
• Ability to establish relationships with local contractors
• Quick response to unforeseen situations during location setup

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination of training IT infrastructure for new locations in cooperation with other departments
• Consolidation and coordination of technical solutions regarding: access control systems, security alarm systems, video surveillance, structured cabling systems and networks
• Control of the procurement process of IT equipment for the launch of locations: initiation of requests, tracking of delivery statuses, ensuring the receipt of equipment to the IT warehouse
• Control of equipment readiness for implementation
• Communication and coordination of work with the capital construction department regarding the readiness of locations
• Coordination of the launch of IT infrastructure and services at the location
