That is why we are building several new locations throughout Ukraine, and for this we are looking for ambitious and professional people!

We are looking for an IT Lead - a true visionary and driver of technological development, who will lead the IT direction at Dreamers Hospitality! 

Your key role is, first of all, finding and implementing advanced IT solutions that improveguest experience and support the company's strategic goals. You will manage the IT infrastructure and team, automating business processes. It is a combination of deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership.

What will you do?

• Form IT strategy: You will determine the direction of development of IT infrastructure and services, turning strategic goals into specific projects.

• You will develop and optimize the hotel management system (PMS) as a key element of sales and operational efficiency.

• Control the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the entire IT infrastructure:

  Look for innovations: You will constantly look for and implement new IT solutions for marketing, finance and other teams, including the use of artificial intelligence.

• Develop web resources: You will oversee the work of a team to support and develop our of WordPress websites, including online stores and integrations.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have experience in IT and product managementnti from 2 years.

• You have deep expertise in the management, administration and development of key IT systems: system administration (Linux, Windows, Proxmox), networks (Mikrotik, Unifi), web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS), security systems (Hikvision, U-prox, TTLOCK) and monitoring (Zabbix).

• You have experience working with hotel and restaurant IT systems (PMS, POS, Syrve/iiko) - this will be a significant advantage.

• Ready for business trips to locations in Ukraine.

• You have adaptability, flexibility, independence in decision-making and strive to continuously learn and develop.

• You like to work with artificial intelligence and process automation ideas.
