Our teams have created more than a thousand projects and do not stop their development and support. We are currently looking for a head of the IT department to join our friendly team.
We expect from the candidate:
- Processes skills and knowledge Management: ITIL, COBIT, ITSM.
- Technical background of the basics of DevOps, Network, System administration.
- Experience of managing a team of 3 people.
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Experience in the field of igaming (gambling/betting) will be a plus.
Duties/Tasks:
- Maintain the register of IT services in an up-to-date state, including, but not limited to: SLA and documentation for each service, provision/revocation of access, accounting of costs and calculation of the cost of services.
- Prepare technical specifications for improving services, monitor their implementation, if necessary, hire contractors/freelancers and supervise their work.
- Supervise the work of HelpDesk, TechOps, DevOps, including but not limited to: resolution of incidents, execution of Service Requests, support and development of the ticket management system (ServiceDesk), provision of computer equipment and control of accounting, access management, support and development of server infrastructure, collection and provision of analytical information on company projects, ensure smooth operation of services, compliance with project release standards.
- Organize and monitor the operation of the infrastructure through in-house DevOps and outsourced companies with the following technologies: GitlabCI, Ansible, Proxmox, Mysql, Postgresql, RabbitMQ, Redis, Nginx, Docker, LDAP, FreeIPA (LDAP), OpenVPN (Pritunl), LXC, Terraform, Backblaze, Zabbix, Php, Golang.
- Hire / adapt / monitor the work of department employees.
- Ensure the absence of the bus factor in IT.
