The Kultprosvet team is currently looking for a lawyer .

A little about us: We are a team of people who work in the field of technology and create cool products with clients in the US, Israel and the EU. The company carries out its main activities in two directions: outsourcing of IT services and outstaffing of personnel.

Basic requirements:

— Completed higher legal education;

— 5 years of experience in a similar position;

—Experience of working with international contracts under foreign law: drawing up, maintaining, changing, terminating (contract of outsourcing, outstaffing, contract of provision of services);

- Experience of working with foreign legislation: ability to search and analyze;

—Experience of working with intellectual property objects;

— Ability to analyze operations and transactions for the presence of tax risks;

—Experience in negotiating and defending the interests of the company;

- English language at the level of fluency.

Responsibilities will include:

— Legal analysis of various types of contracts;

— Drafting, approval, amendment and termination of existing contracts;

—Preparation of legal opinions within the limits of internal inquiries;

— Participation in negotiations, including with foreign clients;
