We are looking for a lawyer in IT law who works carefully with details, knows how to analyze complex issues and strives for a high quality result.

Basic requirements:

Knowledge of corporate law: The candidate must have knowledge in this area, including in relation to the international tax structuring systems and features of incorporation in the USA, Estonia, Cyprus, UAE, UK in the context of IT business and e-commerce).
• Understanding the essence of VAT, withholding tax, taxation of royalties, dividends, CIC, Permanent Representation, TCO: Ability to analyze and interpret issues related to these aspects of tax legislation.
• Advising IT companies on issues of business structuring, including the choice of jurisdictions, optimization of tax obligations, and risk management related to these structures.
• Drafting contracts in IT (MSA, NDA, License agreement etc.)
• English is a must. Advanced / Upper intermediate

Work experience: At least 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in IT or related fields.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing advice on corporate issues for IT business in Ukraine and abroad, strategic planning and registration of necessary companies in Ukraine and in selected jurisdictions
• Work with clients and the team within the framework of their specialization.
• Management of corporate issues of client companies at the stage of further activity (submission/control over the submission of necessary reports)
• Monitoring of changes in national and international legislation regarding tax and corporate aspects
• Registration of corporate accounts in financial institutions
• Interaction with external partners
• Participation in marketing and professional public events on behalf of the company
