Requirements:
- Master of Law degree;
- 3+ years of experience as a lawyer;< /li>
- Location — Kharkiv. Readiness for business trips;
- In-depth knowledge of civil, economic, administrative, tax and international law;
- Practical experience in providing legal support services for international activities, including negotiations with foreign clients and working with English speakers contracts and other legal documents;
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language, both oral and written;
- English language level - from Upper-Intermediate, including legal English (conducting legal research and work with English-language sources of information, the ability to draft, analyze and edit legal documents in English);
- Experienced PC user: office programs, legal databases, cloud services (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.), electronic signature services ; working with AI tools and understanding the specifics of their application in the legal field;
- Understanding the process and stages of software development;
- Negotiation skills and experience.
- Previous work experience in the IT industry;
