We are looking for It Lawyer to join our proactive team. You will be working with

jurisdictions in Ukraine, the USA, and the EU, so you’ll never get bored. We are seeking a

lawyer as dependable as our Armed Forces.

Requirements:

• Legal education

• Level of English — from Upper-intermediate

• At least 1 year of experience in the IT field

• Experience in concluding civil law contracts;

• Experience of Investigating and resolving IP law issues

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for a group of international companies (USA, EU and Ukraine)

• Draft, review and update legal documentation (including agreements, legal policies, standard terms, templates etc.) for clients from the USA, Europe and Asia

• Ensure that law and regulation changes that affect the company are identified and advise on appropriate action in advance

• Review tender papers and agreements on different platforms (Prozorro, UNOPS, SAM, OECD, etc)

• Provide legal assistance with audits and obtaining ISO 27001 certification.

• Establish processes to control private data in accordance with GDPR

• Analyze and consult in Open source licenses

• Investigate and resolve IP law issues

• Review marketing compliance to avoid the legal disputes

• Support software copyright registration

• Represent legal-related lectures for employees and contractors
