As the IT/IS Manager you will lead a team of IT professionals which maintain, support and implement IT systems, processes, infrastructure activities and projects as required by partnering with our internal teams to ensure support, delivery of innovative, high quality solutions that meet business needs.You will be responsible for different core processes and IT systems within Selina including Network, Cyber Security tools organizational systems such as ERP, CRM, HR and systems integrations.Responsibilities Include● Manage the IT/IS operations across the company including physical and cloud-based applications.● Manage the helpdesk team which provides first and second-level support to all employees around the world.● Find and examine technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.● Liaise with third party vendors to ensure delivery of IT activities.● Lead advanced IT projects in the areas of Network, Remote Access, Endpoint Protection, ERP, CRM, and others.● Create and monitor the standard IT procedures(SOP’s) and produce reports to senior management.● Function as an escalation point for IT matters and help resolve them the best way possible including hands on work.You will be great for this role if you have● At least 4 years as IT Manager positions (including direct management of at least 10 people and third party vendors).● ⁠Technical Expertise: Showcase expertise in applications integration, security, hybrid infrastructure, and service management.● ⁠Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills with focus on IT project management E2E.● Expertise with ITIL Practices and ITSM solutions.● Experience with Corporate Network setup, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting including: switches, routers, AP’s, firewall etc.(Unifi Products - advantage).● Audit and Security Compliance: experience with corporate information security and audit policies and procedures (ITGC, SOX, ISO27001 - advantage).● Knowledge in security tools and processes around it such as: Endpoint Security, VPN, Zero Trust Networks, Firewalls, DNS Security, Secure Mail Gateway.● Knowledge in PC technical issues and troubleshooting and IT Asset management.● Knowledge in SaaS IDPs (Okta, JumpCloud, Google workspace) and MDM Solutions( Intune, Jamf, google workspace).● Experience with Google Workspaces - advantage.● Relevant certifications(MCSA, CCNA or equivalent, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+) - advantage.
