We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, resolving software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.Responsibilities:— Configure and administer operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, Linux, and MacOS.— Knowledge of L2 level support is preferred.— Work with monitoring systems and analyze metrics using tools like Grafana and Kibana.— Utilize the Service Desk system to receive, process, and document requests from employees, adhering to SLAs. Escalate issues to L2 and L3 support as necessary.— Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, preparing/replacing employee laptops, and installing operating systems with required software.— Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for employees.— Maintain technical documentation.— Incident management 24/7.— Participate in company projects and integrations.— Monitor and manage corporate equipment using RMM/MDM systems like Ninja and Kandji.— Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.— User management.Requirements:— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.— 4 years of experience in a similar role.— Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.— Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP).— Basic Kubernetes management; experience with Lens is preferred.— Basic configuration skills in Atlassian products (including Bitbucket).— Experience with OpenVPN is desirable.— OKTA basic management and configuration.— Strong Linux user skills.— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.— Ability to work independently and as part of a team.— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.— Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.— Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Benefits:Highly competitive salary30 days off per year + bank holidaysRegular team social eventsPlus the opportunity to join a fast-growing business where the sky’s the limit.
