Your role will betocommunicate with colleagues via Jira Service Desk, phone, Slack oremail and resolve issues inaccordance toSLA. Responsibilities Tickets processing via Service Desk Polite and friendly communication with reporters (users) via phone, slack and email Provide remote technical support and issues troubleshooting for local and remote employees Laptops preparation for new employees. Laptops wipe. Laptops maintenance and repair Tracking changes inasset management system Laptops enrolment toMDM (Intune/Kandji) Accounts management inGoogle WS Computer consumables purchase (SDticket has tobecreated) Zoom meetings/webinars creation and events support Participation inspecial projects execution Local infrastructure support (printers, network equipment) Skills Required Perfect communication skills and pre-intermediate English MacOS (OSinstallation and configuration) Microsoft Windows (OSinstallation and configuration) Issues troubleshooting with software/hardware Working experience with Zoom and Google Meets General understanding how ethernet network works (what isIP address, DNS, etc) Accuracy and attention todetails Possibility tovisit office isneeded. Work experience inasimilar position isdesirable, but not critical, weare ready toconsider candidates after the university.
