Tasks and responsibilities: setting up and supporting PCs and mobile devices (Windows 7−11, Linux, MacOS, Android), installing and configuring office programs, administration Active Directory and technical support of employees; laying, maintaining and setting up a local network (laying network cables, installing ethernet sockets, connecting network devices); setting up and maintaining performance, diagnostics of office equipment (routers, laptops, PCs, TVs, mobile phones) and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, projectors); video surveillance system maintenance (installation of cameras and employee monitoring devices); creation and connection of employee accounts, work with mail hosting and email services, setting up messengers, VPN, working with Office 365 services, setting up remote work searching for tables, ordering and keeping records of equipment. briefing new employees on the rules for using equipment.
