Motion Organization
The company's Montenegro office invites an IT Help Desk (System Administration) specialist for full-time employment in the company's office. Important: Work in the office. There is no remote work format.
Required hard skills:
Minimum 1 year of System Administrator/IT Helpdesk experience.
Professional understanding of operating principles and configuration systems: Windows 7-11, Linux, MacOS, Android.
Skills in assembling desktops and the ability to select components.
Ability to carry out modular repair of laptops, diagnostics and configuration of mobile equipment.
Knowledge and skills to work with mobile applications.
Ability to lay a local network and connect network devices.
Quick response to employee requests and clear execution of assigned tasks and their accounting.
Perfect knowledge of Active Directory, principles of VPN and cloud services. Experience with mail hosting, SRM systems and task managers. Understanding of the basic principles of data security.
Necessary soft skills:
Initiative and ability to work ahead of schedule.
Ability to work as a team player.
High level of responsibility.
Job tasks:
Configuration and support of PCs and mobile devices, installation and configuration of office applications.
Administration of Active Directory and technical employee support.
Laying, maintaining and configuring a local network, installing ethernet sockets and connecting network devices.
Setting up and maintaining the functionality of office equipment (routers, laptops, PCs, TVs, mobile phones) and peripheral devices ( printers, scanners, projectors).
Maintenance of the video surveillance system, installation of cameras and employee monitoring devices.
Creating and connecting accounts for employees, working with mail hosting and email services.
Setting up messengers, VPN and working with Office 365 services. Setting up remote desktops.
Searching, ordering and keeping records of equipment.
Instructing new employees on the rules for using equipment.
Additional skills ( will be a big +):
Knowledge of the basics of administration and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) on Android and iOS platforms.
Understanding the principles of virtualization (for example, VMware or Hyper- V). The basics of working with data storage and file servers.
Knowledge of the principles of network security and the ability to configure a firewall. Basics of working with data backup and recovery.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies and programs. Ability to analyze and solve problems with information and communication technology.
Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple language.
Basic English to understand technical documentation
