To perform this function, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Higher education (in the field of computer science, mathematics or engineering is an advantage);
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken at the Intermediate level;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of network technologies;
- Professional knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Android;
- Experienced user of MS Office products (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) ; Teams
- Candidates with knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM are preferred;
- Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Willingness to take responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving requests related to IT and information security (received by phone, e-mail, through the web system, in person), registering them, troubleshooting or resolving technical requests from users.
- Ensuring that that user requests are registered and resolved within the agreed time frame (according to SLA, if applicable)
- Solving technical problems of users in a reasonable, accurate and timely manner
- First-line service of Teams telephony systems, audio- and video conferencing,
- Providing priority technical support and troubleshooting in the event of user hardware/software failure
- Providing priority technical support and troubleshooting in the event of failures in network operation and errors baof functional devices (printing, scanning, copying)
- Installation and modernization of hardware and software of computer systems
- Provision of consultations and training for end users
- Participation in the implementation of IT projects if necessary
- Maintenance of databases and documentation related to the IT support service
- Compliance with procedures and policies of IT services, IT knowledge databases

Responsibilities:
- Accept IT and information security-related requests (received by phone, e-mail, web based system, personally), registration, resolution or escalation
- Ensuring that user requests are logged and resolved within the agreemented time frame (according to SLA if applicable)
- Escalate problems reasonably, accurately and on time
- Handling the first line of Teams-telephony, audio and video- conference systems,
- Provide first line technical support and problem solving in cases of user hardware/software failure
- Providing of first line technical and/or support and problem solving in cases of network failure and multi-function devices errors (print, scan, copy)
- Provide installation and upgrading of computer systems hardware and software
- Provide consultation and training for end users
- Participate at execution of the ITS projects if required
- Maintaining the IT Service Desk related databases and documentation
- Compliance with IT Services procedures and policies, IT knowledge databases
